BOXING + HIIT + RUNNING! Our BOOST plan has been expertly devised to increase your FITNESS and get you fitter and faster in just 6 weeks! If you are training for a race or thrive off a challenge then this is plan for you!


BOXING + HIIT + LIFTING. This plan has been created to help you SCULPT LEAN MUSCLE.  By alternating between these 3 disciplines, you will achieve the optimum results and finally see that definition that you have always wanted! Although this is a 6 Week Plan, you will learn how to repeat and adapt it so you can either maintain that body you have worked so hard for OR continue to re-set and smash your goals time after time! 

Each of our 6 week plans include:

Workout Planners – that visual motivation and guidance you need to tell you when to workout and what workout to do.

Tailored Workout Videos -­ A variety of workouts dependent on the chosen package.
