Is podcast addiction a thing? Because if so, we think we have it!
We’ve recently really got into the habit of having a podcast on in the background throughout our day-to-day lives. We listen to them when we’re out and about through our headphones, in the car or playing out loud in the house when we’re in the kitchen, running household errands or even in the bath. Like we said…we think we might be addicted!
If you haven’t got into a podcast before then you haven’t found the right one. With so many out there we thought we would share with you some of our current favourites that we couldn’t recommend more! All with ranging topics and episode themes, from business to health and nutrition, to motherhood and to overall wellness and self-love, you can pick and choose depending on your mood and finish listening to them with newly acquired tips and tricks you can implement into your everyday.
