THE WORKOUTS

You will have access to your own online workout library, that consists of 8 videos which are alternated throughout the plan. By combining Boxing + HIIT workouts you will get the maximum results in the shortest time. Our longest workout is just 30 minutes, during which you will not only burn up to 600kcals BUT will continue to burn calories for up to 12 hours afterwards! 

THE NUTRITION

Think SUPER SIMPLE + SUPER EFFECTIVE! Our tried and tested nutrition plan has seen our customers lose on average 11lbs in just 4 weeks so imagine what you can achieve in 6 weeks!  Our plan guidelines DO NOT exclude any food groups as it is SO important to have a balanced diet. Eat tasty food that will keep you feeling satisfied whilst fuelling your body with all the nutrients it requires! RESULT!

Once I have purchased the plan, how do I access it?

When purchasing the plan you will be prompted to set up your online account. Once purchased you will need to login to your account that will give you access to your PDF download and workout videos. If you have chosen to purchase the digital and printed copy, the printed copy will be sent to your address provided.

What level of fitness do you need to be, to start the plan?

This plan is suitable for ALL levels of fitness. Our workout videos provide modifications for those just starting out and the runs are based on effort, so as long as you are giving it 100% that is all you need to get started!

What equipment will I need?

All our workouts in the plan can be done without equipment. However, we do advise that in order to get maximum benefits it is best to use a pair of 1kg dumbbells. You can purchase a pair of Boxx Dumbbells HERE.

Can I continue with my own training alongside the plan?

Yes, of course! Any extra training you do will get you closer to your fitness goals quicker. However, ensure you do not overtrain and factor in at least one rest day per week.

I have a food allergy/intolerance, can I still do the plan?

Our plan is quite varied in terms of what you can eat. We do have some substitutions already stated on the plan. However, if you are still unsure about what you can eat as an alternative, then contact us and our team will suggest other options.  

I am pescatarian/vegetarian/vegan, can I still do the plan?

Yes! The nutrition plan has been devised so it is easy to adapt so that you can substitute sources of protein depending on your dietary requirements.  

I currently have an injury, Can I still do the plan?

As this is a fitness plan it is important you are well and able to complete the training. So, rest up and once your doctor has given you the all clear to commence our training plan, then you will be ready to start your #BoxxJourney.

Can I do the plan during pregnancy/post pregnancy?

The plan is not suitable for pregnancy. At your 6 week post birth appointment, just check with your doctor they are happy for you to begin exercising again. Once they give the go ahead to participate in Boxing and HIIT training you will be ready to begin your #BoxxJourney!
