WHAT IS THE CHAMPION ME SERIES?

Champion Me, a 4 Week Self Belief Series designed to train the body and mind through the power of punching and positivity.

Boxing training has taken the world by storm over the past few years and for good reason! It strengthens your body, boosts your confidence and beats stress like nothing else. It’s no surprise that people are hooked after just one session.

Ultimately, this series has been created specifically to help you to learn how to prioritise your physical AND mental wellbeing. All it requires is dedicating a little bit of time to yourself  (15 minutes to be precise) every single day. Why? Because to the best version of you, you HAVE to put yourself first!

Kim will be taking you through your weekly Strenth workout. She maybe softly spoken but is sure to put you through your paces and leave you feeling like a badass!

ESMEE GUMMER

Esmee will be taking you through your weekly Boxing workout. Don't be fooled by that smile, when she is ready she is a fierce firecracker and will shift your mindset to that of a Champion!

HELEN FALIVENO

Helen will be taking you through your weekly Yoga flow.  Didn't think you were into Yoga? Well you will be when this calming Yogi has finished with you!
