What is Boxx OnDemand?

We are an online workout platform that gives you access to boxing, cardio, strength and yoga workouts, which you can access on any device, allowing you to workout, anytime, anywhere. Our library features workout videos and plans, with exciting new content added each and every month!

 

How much is the Boxx subscription?

Can I try the workouts before I pay for a suscription?

Yes we offer a 10 DAY FREE TRIAL This means you can try the platform for free to see if it is for you. You will only be charged if you decide to continue past your free trial.

 

Can I cancel my subscription?

Yes, you can cancel during your free trial or your monthly or 3-monthly plans anytime. Please contact us at [email protected] if you wish to cancel your subscription.

 

What are Boxx Workouts?

Currently we have 4 distinct workout categories:

Boxing
Our boxing workouts combine shadowboxing with HIIT. They require no bags, no pads and no ring. It’s just you, a pair of 1kg dumbbells (optional) and our expert instructors coaching you through a series of relentless rounds. Expect a killer mind body workout that will relieve stress and leave you feeling like you can conquer the world!
 
Cardio
Heart pumping, sweat dripping, super fun Cardio workouts. Expect to be challenged mentally and physically: get that heart rate up, work up a sweat, get fitter, faster and have some fun! 
 
Strength
Body weight and resistance training to strengthen the whole body.  You will find workouts using just body weight, plus ones incorporating small equipment, both will leave you feeling strong!
 
Yoga
Variety of yoga styles and flows to suit your mood from relaxing to uplifting flows for morning, noon and night.

 

PLUS we will be adding content each and every month, which will vary in type, length and intensity so you will never get bored! 

 

What exactly is Shadow Boxing?

Shadow boxing is when a boxer moves around throwing punches at the air. It is used to condition your muscles, improve technique, strength, power, speed and endurance. It is even used to mentally prepare before a fight. We have taken the concept of shadow boxing, added a pair of light hand weights to create a series of knockout workouts!

 

What exactly is HIIT?

HIIT, or high-intensity interval training, is a training technique in which you give all-out, one hundred percent effort through quick, intense bursts of exercise, followed by short, sometimes active, recovery periods. This type of training gets and keeps your heart rate up and will help burn more fat and calories than regular aerobic and steady-state workouts, in less time.

 

What are the main benefits of Boxx workouts?

Our workouts are varied. We provide you with an all round training solution in one place. Whether you are looking to get fitter, lose weight, have fun, de-stress, boost confidence, relax, increase energy, we have a workout for you.

Our workouts are enjoyable. All our trainers are amongst the best in the UK so will keep you engaged and motivated throughout.

Our workouts are flexible. Besides being able to access them on any device and watch offline, they range in length from 1 hour down to 7 minutes and everything in between. Meaning you really can do them anywhere, anytime!

 

Who is Boxx suitable for?

Boxx workouts are suitable for everyone! Men and women, from beginners to more advanced fitness users.  They are great to do on your own or with a friend, partner, sibling or even your parents!

 

Please note you must be over 18 to do our workouts. Also, if you have any injurys or health concerns, please contact a medical practitioner for advice before starting any of our workouts.

 

I am a complete beginner! How will I know how to do each exercise?

In each video our instructors will demonstrate and talk through technique throughout. Where applicable the instructors will also offer modifications for beginners/those post injury etc so you will be in good hands! 

 

What do I need for each workout?

All our workouts can be done without any equipment.  There are some of our workouts where we recommend using equipment such as 1kg dumbbells or a resistance band but these are always optional. When working out on a hard floor, a mat maybe more comfortable for any floor work but again optional.

 

Do I need to wear footwear?

Yes, we advise you wear trainers suitable for doing moderate to intense exercise in. For our yoga videos we recommend bare feet.
