What is BoxxMethod OnDemand?

We are an online workout platform that gives you access to the best online boxing workouts, which you can access on any device, allowing you to workout, anytime, anywhere. Our library features workout videos, planners and downloads, with exciting new content added each and every month!

 

How much is the BoxxMethod subscription?

Can I try the workouts before I pay for a suscription?

Yes we offer a 10 DAY FREE TRIAL This means you can try the platform for free to see if it is for you. You will only be charged if you decide to continue past your free trial.

 

Can I cancel my subscription?

Yes, you can cancel during your free trial or your monthly or 3-monthly plans anytime. Please contact us at [email protected] if you wish to cancel your subscription.

 

What are the BoxxMethod Workouts?

Currently we have 5 types of workouts:

BoxxHIIT combines intense shadowboxing and high intensity interval training, broken down into 3 minute relentless rounds. Choose duration, so either 15 or 30 minutes and focus area, so full body, upper body or lower body.

BoxxINTENSE is similar to BoxxHIIT but the level intensity is stepped up a notch! 

BoxxBURN is our series of area specific toning focused workouts which include you abs, legs and butt!

BoxxPRO Is a short workout that runs you through your boxing technique from your stance to your punches to your footwork. 

BoxxSTRETCH is our short stretch videos which help to ensure your muscles stay supple helping aid muscle recovery, enhance results and make your feel so much better!

PLUS we will be adding content each and every month, which will vary in type, length and intensity so you will never get bored!

 

What are the main benefits of the BoxxMethod workouts?

What exactly is Shadow Boxing?

Shadow boxing is when a boxer moves around throwing punches at the air. It is used to condition your muscles, improve technique, strength, power, speed and endurance. It is even used to mentally prepare before a fight. We have taken the concept of shadow boxing, added a pair of light hand weights to create a series of knockout workouts!

 

What exactly is HIIT?

HIIT, or high-intensity interval training, is a training technique in which you give all-out, one hundred percent effort through quick, intense bursts of exercise, followed by short, sometimes active, recovery periods. This type of training gets and keeps your heart rate up and will help burn more fat and calories than regular aerobic and steady-state workouts, in less time.

 

Who is the BoxxMethod suitable for?

The BoxxMethod workouts are suitable for everyone! Men and women, from beginners to seasoned boxers.  Great to do on your own or with a friend, partner, sibling or even your parents!

 

Please note you must be over 18 to do our workouts. Also, if you have any injurys or health concerns, please contact a medical practitioner for advice before starting any of our workouts.

 

I am a complete beginner! Do you explain how to do each exercise?

Each 30 minute video has a technique section at the start and we also provide standalone videos which go through your basic boxing combinations. All of our videos are guided with the instructor talking you through the workout as well as suggesting modified moves for people starting out or with injuries. Boxing is an art, the more you practice the better you will become!

 

What do I need for each workout?

All our workouts incorporate a pair of 1kg dumbbells, however these are optional and all workouts can be performed without. A mat maybe more comfortable if you are performing on a hard floor.

 

Do I need to wear footwear?

Yes, we advise you wear trainers suitable for doing moderate to intense exercise in.

 

Can I do more than one workout a day?

We advise you do a minimum of 3 workouts per week to see results. Although our workouts are short they are pretty intense so we do not advise doing more than one in a day as this could cause strain on your body and lead to injury.

 

How many calories are burnt per workout?

You will burn up to 600kcals per 30 minute workout.

 

Will these workouts make me bulky and work just my upper body?

No not at all! Boxing is known to be the BEST all over body workout which uses the arms (yes) but also engages the core and uses the lower body too! Our workouts build lean muscle and burn fat up to 12 hours post workout!

 

How do I get the best results from doing the BoxxMethod?

We recommend you do our 30 minute workout, at least 3 times per week. Nutrition is also key in obtaining the optimum results. We will shortly be launching a downloadable nutrition plan which will be packed with useful yet simple to follow advice, meal plans and recipes!!

  

Do you guarantee results?

Yes. If you do a minimum of 3 workouts per week as well as maintaining a healthy diet. After a few workouts you will also notice your boxing technique improving and before long you will be looking and feeling like a pro!
